We equip SMD components from very small quantities with modern SMD pick-and-place machines.

Components from a design of 0201, BGA and TSOP (pitch> = 0.1mm) are processed as roll goods, belt sections, rods or in trays.

The circuit boards can be fitted on one or both sides. Use or multi-use is also not a problem. Only lead-free media are used as paste.

The paste printing is constantly checked by our fully automatic printer with inspection system.
We use vapor phase soldering as a soldering process.

In addition to our SMD production, we also offer THT and THR.
THR components, just like SMD components, can be fitted fully automatically with our placement machine. THT components are soldered on in the next process step.
